Moti Masjid
It was built by Sikander Jahan Begum, daughter of Khudsia Begum .Legend goes that this mosque was built placing a minarete on Sabha Mandala Temple,erected by a Hindu queen in 1184.
Taj-ul Masjid
This pink coloured mosque is biggest in Asia. Construction of this mosque was started by Sahjahan Begum and the construction was completed after her death. A fountain and water reservior are there in the complex. The main prayer room is unique - 4 bow shaped arches, 9 pin pointed domes, ceiling supported by 27 pillars ,an octogonal minar, 3 spires made of marble and wonderful lattice work. The construction of 'the mother of all mosque' was completed in 1971.
Shaukat Mahal
At the entrance of the Chawk is Saokat Mahal, built in western and local Islamic style of architecture. It was planned by a prince of the Bourbob dynasty of France. The combination of old Greek and Latin styles, this Gothic mansion or mahal is beautiful.
